Early Childhood Education
Do you enjoy spending time with young children? Early Childhood Education may be the program for you! Throughout your four years in our program you will have the opportunity to work in the Little Falcons Preschool where you will interact with children ages 3-5. During classroom time, you will learn about child development, how to create lesson plans, and how to keep children safe. In your junior and senior year, you will have the opportunity to work in the field at a childcare center and be paid for the work that you do! Early Childhood is an ever expanding field, children are born every day and need a quality program with qualified teachers; our Early Childhood Education will prepare you to be a strong teacher. When you graduate, you will be eligible to obtain you Preschool teacher certificate through the Department of Early Education and Care.
